The attempts of NHRM in this direction are laudable, but if only they could prioritize such issues and look deep into them. The funds set apart for these causes get stuck at levels of bureaucracy, it is therefore, most important that one takes a stwp appraoch to this problem, after conducting a social research the government should in step-wise fashion deal with such problems headlong and with utmost urgency.
